Kickboxing is my yoga, a ride on my racing bike is my mindfulness

I do understand that people can benefit from sitting on a cushion and completely focusing on one thought, I find that same level of mental clarity and focus when I exercise with all my energy. When I go all out for an hour, I enter a certain state of being, and if you’re a little like me, I’m sure you’ve experienced it too.

For us, being active is our preferred way to reach that meditative state.
However, in coaching my clients, I’ve found that guided meditations take them to another level.

Yes, cycling or running can also bring about a meditative state, but there’s a difference in what that state produces in terms of action compared to stillness.

Emotions come to the surface that wouldn’t otherwise, insights emerge that may never have been realised through exercise alone.

And it’s that combination that allows my clients, and honestly, myself as well, to go further, reach greater heights, take on new challenges, and present ourselves with more confidence.
For many of my clients, this is the first time they are doing such an exercise.

As feminine leaders in a men’s world, we tend to focus mainly on our masculine energies, especially since most of these qualities are valued more in the Western world than the feminine ones.

But to be a truly balanced and empowered feminine leader, it’s crucial to develop both your masculine and feminine energies. And in case of my clients: the main focus in my coaching programme is on the development of feminine traits, since most of them have suppressed these to fit into the men’s world.

When we develop both our left and right brain, we can unlock our full potential and lead with greater clarity, intuition, and creativity.
So don’t be afraid to explore outside your comfort zone and try new forms of exercise like guided meditations.

Remember, finding what works best for you is key, whether it’s kickboxing, cycling, or meditation. The important thing is to prioritise your personal growth and development as a leader, and to find the tools that will help you reach your full potential.

If you’re struggling to find the right balance, don’t hesitate to reach out to me for help. As a Feminine Leadership coach, I’m here to support you on your journey to becoming a more empowered and balanced feminine leader.
Just send me a message we can discuss how I can assist you.
