Own Your Game Group Programme | 12 Months of consistent action (November 2025 – October 2026)

A 12-month online journey designed for ambitious women in sport who are ready to stop playing small and start leading on their own terms.
This isn’t about theory or quick fixes; it’s about building lasting confidence, visibility, and leadership presence through consistent action and the right environment.

Because you don’t just learn new skills; you absorb the mindset, habits, and energy of the people you surround yourself with.

Every month, you’ll:

  • Strengthen a new theme directly connected to the realities of high-performance, high-pressure environments.
  • Join a live deep-dive masterclass with strategies you can put into play immediately; practical, no-fluff, and focused on the real challenges women face in male-dominated industries.
  • Take the hot seat in our monthly Q&A coaching session to troubleshoot real-time challenges and get tailored advice.
  • Be part of a group of ambitious women who know the playing field and keep each other in the game.
  • Receive targeted voice memo(s) between sessions quick, punchy coaching drops to keep your momentum going.
  • Build lasting shifts and daily habits through practical exercises and athlete-style micro-actions; from 5-minute focus drills to 10-minute mindset resets.

Investment

The current investment for the first edition of ‘Own Your Game’ is € 2222,- incl. VAT.

You can also choose to pay in instalments; in that case, you pay 4 monthly instalments of € 585,- or 12 monthly instalments of €222,- each, including VAT.

Own Your Game is for ambitious women in sport (and other male-dominated environments) who are ready to stop playing small and start owning their space. You’ve already proven yourself ; now it’s about being seen, heard, and recognised as the leader you are.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, or expect change without showing up for the work. It’s also not for you if you’d rather complain about the system than take responsibility for how you show up in it, or if you’re not ready to commit time and energy to your growth over the next 12 months.

In total, about 1–2 hours per week. This includes the monthly masterclass, the Q&A session, completing assignments, and the small consistent daily actions. The focus is on integration, not overwhelm; minutes a day, not hours.

The programme runs from 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026, one year together.

The programme is entirely online. You’ll get live masterclasses, hotseat Q&A sessions, exclusive secret audios and access to the Own Your Game Community.
